Building a Positive Community

Social Emotional Learning (SEL) is a process through which children and adults develop fundamental skills for life effectiveness, establishing positive relationships, and making responsible decisions. SEL is an intentional focus of Volusia County Schools that is strongly supported by the Superintendent. In the coming weeks, teachers will be implementing the Social Emotional Learning Program, Sanford Harmony. Students will learn how to connect with and include others to feel a sense of community, belonging, and working as a team. Cell Phone Procedures

Elementary Cell Phone Procedures Have Changed:

Please be aware that the district's rule regarding cell phone usage on our school campus has changed. Students are still permitted to carry cell phones, however, they may not be used on the school campus and must remain turned off and out of view.
